"Blog!"

I hear you cry.
"Ha, that chump hasn't blogged in ages. It's not as if he's had a birthday or anything exciting happen since he was last on the internet eh!"

Well of course you're completely wrong, I'm just damn lazy.
Gosh, some people are so pushy these days.

Seeing as my last post was the 15th I suppose I best pick up from there.

Birthday was good, got some nice stuff. I didn't go crazy or anything though, I went to the theatre. Is it weird not to go out or have a party when it's your seventeenth birthday? I get the feeling that the excitement of having a birthday is never going to be the same as it was.

So much for a blog. I suppose it would help a lot if I could remember what I've done since then.

That's everything. I'm of now, I'm really thirsty.

The Light!!

Today was pretty awesome.

Georgie and I went to the cinema and watched the Ricky Gervais movie, it wasn't that bad. Had some pretty good laughs. But more importantly, it was the first time gone out since the operation. Felt so good to get some air on my face before I wasted away into nothing.

I was on wikipedia earlier researching my Birthday. Turns out Kennedy was asassinated on the exact same date. freaky eh!

Can't eat grass

On friday night I burst.

My appendix did that is. But it was just as dramatic

It all started on thursday after doing my art homewrok with Georgie and nicking her camera, I was feeling a little weird but thought nothing of it. Woah, I was wrong. So there I was on friday morning, doubled-over in pain, sitting in A&E waiting for a doctor to give me some pills and send me home.

3 Days of hospital, 1 hour of surgery, 2 crappy hospital meals, 2 restless nights, 6 bags of saleen, 30 Ibuprophen pills, 25 Paracetamol pills, 20 codeine phosphate pills, 4 fluid needles, 2 blood tests and a LOT of morphine later and I can now look back on my little half-term adventure and smile.

I got sent home on Tuesday, can't go back to college until monday and have catch-up work piled up on top of the homework I already hadn't finished. 15 pills a day as well to get through until I finish the course of anti-biotics.

It's good to be home, but thinking about it, I would've rather had to have gone to hospital during half-term and be free to go to college. Rather than having a huge pile of catch-up work to do. You don't really appreciate college until you can't go.

I missed everyone, especially Georgie, and a big thank you to everyone who helped me out (getting work from college, cards etc.).

Well at least I'll never have appendicitus again.

Catch-up

Wow, I haven't blogged in ages so I suppose this will probably be somewhat of a recap of the past weekish.

Monday was very cool. It made be realise how long it had been since I last saw so many Stopsley people and it was great to catch up with everyone who I don't see at college. I also couldn't help but notice that Andre was making quite a twat of himself. Absofuckinglutely amazing party, makes me wonder why people don't stay sober more at parties. It made the whole night much more enjoyable.

Tuesday was also very cool. Georgie made me some excellent bagels.

Wednesday has been really good as well. I had a nice lie-in, only to be woken up by Matt who popped in to see when I was going to Fraser's. I shouldn't sound too offended though. It was 12:30. I didn't do much for most of the day except dig out my bedroom and turn it from what looked like a crime scene to something that looked more like a bedroom. Me and Matt walked to Fraser's (past the bangra rave and honking corsa) thinking we'd be the last to arrive. Turns out we were the first and everyone else was running late. Nether the less, it was pretty awesome. I'd forgotten how immense Lee Evans XL tour was. After that I walked home with Georgie and Matt, helped georgie get into her house and turned all the lights on for her (wouldn't want her getting scared now).

P.S. I was listening to some Snoop Dogg earlier and I'm really curious to know what "Waiting on the bizzle, the nizzle and the shizzle." means. Anyone know?
